A special diet for diabetes, as prescribed by MD and vegetarian per resident plan of care
Beautiful common and dinning place for social interactions
Set up doctor appointments, follow up with medical, dental, and psychiatric needs, administer monthly injections as prescribed
Medication management and daily medication administration as prescribed by health care provider unless specified by your PCP for self-administration and medication management
Bringing residents to shopping when requested, transport residents to visit family and friends as appropriate with guardian approval.
Engaging with activities in home and outside as weather permits and an individual’s capability.
Linen and laundry (except dry cleaning).
